I am the Office Manager/Treasurer for Vision Tech Electronics and Restoration Inc. We perform water,fire, and mold restoration along with Glass Media Blasting, Dry Ice Blasting, and Duct Cleanings at bothcommercial and residential properties.• I handle Payroll for all employees (All through Quickbooks Accounting Program)• I deal with Accounts Receivable and Payable.• I also partially handle scheduling and communication with all of our customers and clients along withour Shop Manager• I review jobs and write estimates for our clients• I perform inventory management, ordering of materials, and maintaining a tidy and neat office/shopspace• I go out and assist with managing ongoing jobs, performing the job myself if necessary.• I frequently partake in a wide array of responsibilities within the company, which far exceed my jobdescription.

• I transcribed a 300 page journal of George W. Dobbins, a Methodist Preacher from Pennsylvania writingduring the Civil War.• I wrote the Finding Aid for the "Bound Manuscript Collection". A loose collection of manuscripts, rangingfrom 12th Century Greek Psalms to Journals and letters from the 19th and 20th century. This was donein DACS.• I translated and transcribed a series of German letters. One being a letter from Albert Einstein to hisson Hans Einstein in 1938, begging him to come to America for fear of the growing extremism of theNazi Party. The letter was improperly dated to 1944.• I fulfilled research and reference requests from researchers in the Reading Room, along with assistingthem with using the finding aids and catalog system of the archive.• I assisted the Head of Special Collections with material retrieval and acquisition.• I answered telephone calls to the archive and fulfilled requests as needed.

• This position handled fire, water, mold, and electrical damage insurance claims.• My job included collecting, inventorying, packaging, moving, and cleaning/fixing damaged or dirtycontents.• Professional training in properly cleaning properties damaged by fire and professional mold removal.• Other duties included training in professional cleaning of HVAC systems from fire damage and mold.
