Organized 20 workshops that equipped over 700 individuals and families with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the home-buying process and sustain homeownership. Recruited as a Change Agent to transform board composition and improve community perception. Spearheaded board development and strategic planning efforts leading to the revision of vision, mission, objectives, program scope, and board composition.► Championed and transformed the perception of CityLink with the community and the Greater Cincinnati area by implementing a targeted strategic public relations plan. ► Executed strategic plan, vision, and building design for 81,000 SF integrated social service center facility and established capital campaign budget of $13.5 million, ongoing facility operational expenses, and projected organizational budget.► Secured Angel Investor for $16 million capital campaign, start-up costs, and three years of ongoing operating support.

Propelled $1.5 million property acquisition used to acquire 280 buildings and vacant parcels for future redevelopment opportunities.► Played a key role in the $75 million residential and community development, yielding 67 new condominiums and 22,000 SF of commercial space. ► Recruited to engage the community and enhance overall organizational perception of 3CDC throughout Over-The-Rhine and the Greater Cincinnati area. Launched community engagement sessions to stimulate community feedback and educate community about 3CDC initiatives and outcomes.

As spokesperson for the organization, engaged Over-the-Rhine and other Cincinnati communities in the service area, as well as residents, non-profit agencies, corporations/businesses, media, and elected/government officials. ► Transformed planning, implementation and facilitation of five-year program development strategic plan to ensure funding met organizational budget, resulting in expansion of the annual budget from $298,000 in 2000 to $500,000 by 2006.► Devised a development strategy and plan to target and cultivate $500,000 in grant funding for the creation of four new programs: SmartConsumer, SmartHome, Smart Bankers, and new expanded Computer Lab.
