Investment management (Middle office) Collateral management - OTC & ETD derivative market.- Collateral Margining , - Client reporting, - Collateral substitution,- Dispute (partial & fully disputed margin analysis),- Trade Settlements / Fails management (cash and securities),- SSI Setup & Call back- Reconciliation (Daily and weekly position), TLM - Nostro - Interest , Coupons and dividend processing,- Tri-resolve reconciliation ( Coll & Non-coll)- DTC & Compliance processing,- Equity , Option & futures collateral margining and transfers,- CCP , FUT & OPT IM collateral margining ( Cash & Equities).* Scheduling meetings / Calls with various counterparties, custodian and client on regular basis across US and Europe region's to discuss on operational requirements and also to provide services level feedback to perform due diligence.*Transition & migration competency (multi client onboarding - Operational experience) Successfully on-boarded 6 clients in various aspects by fulfilling the operations delivery , people management , Pre-production testing , Cross training , Client intraction , KPI , SOP creation , providing performance reviews about various counterparties and custodian to client for better processing development.* Testing - Pre and Post onboarding UAT testing for 6 successful operation migrations.*Audit & controls : Created various levels of audit procedure, Educated staffs to prevent inadvertent data disclosure about any parties to maintain organization reputation and financial loss.*Additional responsibilities : Maintaining team registry for client level data , Performing call tree , daily intraction with co-workers to identify the challange and issues that needs to be sorted out by sending escalation to meet management & client expectations.
