The world is witnessing an exponential growth in the use of engineering and technology in various fields: health care, sanitation, agriculture, construction, industry, and rescue operations to name a few. Yet, the road to further development is long and a lot needs to be done to make life easier and safer for people living in rural as well as urban areas.During the course of my research at the Bio-inspired Robotics Technology and Healthcare (BIRTH) Lab as a part of my MS in Robotics & Autonomous Systems (Mechanical Engineering) at the Arizona State University, I gained clarity about my future goals. With every new concept learnt, my inquisitiveness has intensified.
