Dash Paudyal is a senior family lawyer, having practised in Australia, and with over 12 years of legal experience in family law upon her legal qualification in 2011. She also has experience in the United Kingdom and international jurisdictions. She provides advice in a broad range of areas, including divorce, property and financial matters, children’s matters, financial agreements, and de facto and same sex relationship matters. Although her specialty is family law, she also has experience in domestic violence and criminal law matters. She is admitted to practice as a legal practitioner in both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, having been admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in September 2011 and having joined the High Court of Australia Register of Practitioners in December 2011.
