Demand Planning & Inventory Management• Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement strategic business plans for consistent growth.• Manage weekly demand planning, analyzing sales forecasts and inventory to optimize purchasing and ensure timely replenishment from the APAC region (e.g., Hong Kong, China, Germany).• Monitor key supply chain KPIs, including inventory days, forecast accuracy, cost savings, and excess inventory.• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to maintain product availability and minimize stockouts.• Develop data-driven solutions to enhance forecast accuracy and improve supply chain efficiency.Logistics & 4PL Management• Oversee daily operations of third-party logistics providers (e.g., DKSH), ensuring timely order fulfillment and adherence to service agreements.• Collaborate with Sales and oversee 4PL to ensure on-time, error-free delivery.• Review monthly logistics costs with 4PL and transporters.• Conduct regular meetings with 4PL and key accounts to assess service levels and implement improvements.• Coordinate with Quality Management and 4PL to ensure compliance with standards.• Manage the write-off process and conduct annual stock counts at 4PL warehouses.• Establish accountability within the Logistics team and manage import/export compliance, including customs issues.• Lead after-sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction through warranty and repair management.• Mentor direct reports to foster a high-performing team and develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for effective workflows.

Procurement: Receive, verify, and purchase materials, equipment, and services based on purchase requisitions, ensuring alignment with budget and procurement procedures. Manage and track orders, ensuring timely delivery to warehouse or site. Maintain accurate records of all purchase orders (POs), sales orders (SOs), work orders (WOs), and contracts within the Oracle system. Verify invoices and process payments to service contractors. Conduct regular audits of office materials and equipment inventory to determine cost of inventory and consumption.Contract Management: Develop Invitation to Bid (ITB) documents for various contracts, including those for casing, wellheads, drilling rigs, site surveys, gas and oil supply services, well testing services, and drilling bits. Collaborate with technical experts to evaluate bids and select suppliers based on their ability to meet specified requirements (specifications, price, delivery, quality systems, and quality assurance). Negotiate contract terms with suppliers and finalize contract documents for approval. Prepare award recommendations and obtain necessary approvals. Monitor contract performance and implementation, providing recommendations for future tenders.

Procurement: Collaborate with internal departments to identify and develop new local suppliers of marketable goods. Conduct regular supplier evaluations (every 6 months) to ensure performance and compliance. Negotiate and draft contracts/agreements, and monitor their implementation.Demand Planning and Order Management:  Analyze sales forecasts and production demand to optimize inventory levels. Issue purchase orders (POs) to international suppliers (Europe, China, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, etc.). Maintain proactive communication with suppliers, tracking order confirmations (delivery time, quantity, shipping documents) and updating the system accordingly. Ensure timely delivery of goods in good condition, meeting quality and specification commitments. Maintain optimal stock levels to meet customer and production needs. Develop rolling forecasts for imported products (6-months).Import/Export Logistics: Collaborate with freight forwarders to process customs declaration procedures or book cargo space with airlines or shipping companies. Coordinate the movement of cargo from airports/ports to the factory warehouse. Provide forwarders with complete and accurate shipment information to ensure timely cargo receipt. Ensure compliance with all legal and customs requirements, including import duties, forwarding fees, and demurrage/detention charges.

Import/Export Operations: Monitor shipments from overseas suppliers (Korea, Thailand, China, Singapore, etc.) to Vietnam ports. Track inbound and outbound cargo, ensuring timely movement and delivery. Coordinate with transport companies to optimize container trucking, minimize demurrage and detention charges, and maintain smooth production flow. Communicate delivery schedules to customers. Liaise with forwarders and transportation companies, ensuring timely shipment processing and adherence to procedures. Coordinate with accounting department to make import tax refund for shipments.Production Planning and Inventory Control: Develop production plans (6-month basis) based on sales forecasts to meet customer lead time requirements. Monitor supplier performance on quality and delivery schedules, maintaining consistent communication. Manage raw material inventory levels and develop purchasing plans for new materials.
