HR Tech & Digitalization• Be the key project member to establish HR System.• Conduct product operations one-on-one or classroom trainings for internal employees on changes, new systems or new procedures.• Do the change management activities and initiatives.• Closely work with stakeholders to analyze business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements to increase efficiency and improve the quality of HR data.HR Analytics & Dashboarding• Initiate and produce the periodical HR Dashboard/Snapshot which covers employee attrition by different dimensions, workforce demographic, headcount update, recruitment turn-around-time, onboarding satisfaction, employee engagement transaction, etc., and provide HR insights to support for making the HR strategic decisions.• Research and investigate to propose the best-and-common practice of HR metrics to strengthen people analytics activities.

Fonterra Brands Viet Nam (1000 Headcounts)Compensation and benefits• Manage 3rd party service for outsourcing activities: salary structure, salary review, incentive scheme, performance appraisal, SOP, policy, conduct disciplinary measures and handle employee relation issues.• Responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyze compensation surveys and obtain all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal and budgets for Field Sale staff. • Cooperate with Sales department to finalize incentive payout, aligned with business target. Prepares special studies and makes recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, and sales compensation.• Plan and coordinate communications both HR and business stakeholders, to build awareness on reward programs and initiatives.• Administer employee recognition programs and prepare reports in line with established processes• Responsible for delivering a monthly payroll process with high accuracy and transparency for all employees (FTE,3rd party, Distributor) in Viet Nam.• Ensures company compliance with local laws governing compensation practices• Be in charge as a contact point for C&B questions.
