I have an experienced management leader with almost a year of experience in CGV Movie Theater. I have an excellent reputation for resolving problems and improving customer satisfaction. I started as a usher, whose job included checking tickets, directing people to their assigned seats, answering questions and assisting people in finding restrooms and refreshments. After 1 month, I started working as a concession staff, where I made popcorn and sold merchandise to customers. After 3 months, I was promoted to staff leader after a leadership vote. I got to be one of the new leaders for my sales. As an staff leader, I continue my duties as a concession staff, but I also help train new employees and guide subordinates to be more productive. I'm also have an experience as a Marketing Assistant with hands-on experience gained through an internship at a Dynamic Branding.
