My entire career has been the ACR industry as well as my father before me. After ACR engineering school my journey has taken me through every phase of the business from manufacturing, service, distribution, sales management, training, advisory positions, product development, and educating every one from high school programs to seasoned commercial/ industrial contractors. My commitment dedication, and passion is to train technicians and instructors on proper service and installation practices as they relate to system efficiency. The efficiency of an ACR system can not be achieved unless proper service and installation procedures are followed. There are no rules of thumb and there are no short cuts ever - If a system is not clean, dry and tight - the efficiency won't be right.
