My entire career has been the ACR industry as well as my father before me. After ACR engineering school my journey has taken me through every phase of the business from manufacturing, service, distribution, sales management, training, advisory positions, product development, and educating every one from high school programs to seasoned commercial/ industrial contractors. My commitment dedication, and passion is to train technicians and instructors on proper service and installation practices as they relate to system efficiency. The efficiency of an ACR system can not be achieved unless proper service and installation procedures are followed. There are no rules of thumb and there are no short cuts ever - If a system is not clean, dry and tight - the efficiency won't be right.

My responsibilities include the education, training, and empowerment of the ACR representative sales force, wholesale distributors, educational facilities, and service contractors. Appion is a world leading manufacturer of ACR service equipment and training in proper procedures of refrigerant recovery, and deep system evacuation. My responsibilities included educating the ACR industry both in the US and Australia on proper usage of Refrigerant recovery, electrical trouble shooting, system harmonics, system leak detection, proper system evacuation and charging. I was also in charge of the training of TRMS meters and harmonics, circuit tracing, total energy data logging equipment and safety.
My responsibilities included representing the major OEM manufactures of components used in all manufacturers of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems in the Northeastern U.S. and Canada. I was responsible for the sales staff and inside support of the division, the profitability, and maintaining the highest standards possibly for the companies we represented.
