I worked as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst overseeing User Interface design for internal and external clients of the Bank as part of the Client Experience team. Our team's primary goal was to build a new global client portal, which contained harmonized user experience applications, specific to each area of the bank that we onboarded (i.e. - Equities, Listed, Collateral, etc).Selected Accomplishments:-Use an Agile approach to Sprint planning with 2 or 4 week sprints with the goal of maximizing client value during a project-Replaced Internal Reporting application housed in global client portal, led a 40+ training workshops resulting in successfully completion of the project in less than 12 months

I am responsible for managing projects for the global operations client service and clearing groups for listed derivatives. My goals are to create efficiencies for operations by working with line managers in each team and region to automate current manual processes being employed by their teams and create capacity for the bank's growth.I create the business requirement document for IT after working with the business to define the requirements or expectations. I work with IT to test the proposed solution and then work with the business to ensure a smooth sign off before rolling the changes into a production environment. The majority of projects utilize an existing automation utility, however some larger scale projects require a custom developed solution.

I am directly responsible for managing a group of fifteen Client Service Representatives who interact directly with the firm's clients trading listed derivatives on a daily basis. My role extends to training and supervising the CSR team, implementing and monitoring our internal controls and metrics and aligning the firm's goals with those of my team.I am responsible for ensuring that all regulations applicable to futures are abided by, such as maintaining sufficient margin levels and proper segregation of margin funds.Part of my role in onboarding new clients is to attend intial discovery conferences, determine client technology needs, assist in FTP file creation and delivery, assessing how the client's allocation needs fit within our suite of platform offerings and generally introducing them to their primary coverage and the day-to-day operation of their accounts with the Bank.I interact with multiple internal departments within the firm such as the Marketing and Sales & Execution teams on the futures front desk, the Prime Services middle office and Transition team, the FX trading desk, and Brokerage and Audit teams.I am also currently involved in developing our cash margin tool to incorporate OTC trade margin as well as consolidate the separate platforms currently used by the US and Europe. An upcoming focus will be to then roll this tool out to Asia Pacific to have one global platform. This project involves multiple teams from IT and regional project managers as well as subject matter experts, such as myself.In 2011, I was also nominated to participate in the year long, Top Talent program at the Center of Excellence site in Raleigh. This limited-seat opportunity allows me to participate in workshops to develop my career, build my mentoring knowledge, expand my personal branding and build my network.

I was responsible for maintaining a direct relationship with the bank's external clients trading listed derivatives. This included managing incoming and outgoing cash and collateral movements as well as verifying the accuracy of my client's trading activity.

I worked at one of two call centers run by the NC State Employees Credit Union, and provided customer support with loan applications via telephone. The loan offerings I assisted with included home mortgages, automobile, personal, secured and credit cards.In addition to assisting with loans, I also provided assistance with account inquiries, wire transfers and loan payments. I was also looked to on my team for assistance with account inquiries fielded by more junior members. In my time with the Credit Union, I was seen as a natural leader, developed excellent soft skills on the phone and also progressed through several loan modules to enhance my product knowledge and expertise.
