As the Circular Economy manufacturing team leader, we research and develop fiberglass recycling technologies in order to eliminate waste to landfill within Owens Corning's manufacturing operations.Led a research team of scientists and engineers that develops new insulation products and processes. Apply advanced manufacturing techniques and automation technologies to enhance the quality and productivity of Owens Corning's fiberglass insulation manufacturing operations.Led the technical development and commercialization of building integrated photovoltaic products. Executed on program deliverables in support of the Department of Energy's Extreme Balance of System Cost Reduction SunShot Initiative.

Established the personnel and capabilities of an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory to perform photovoltaic module certification and reliability testing in accordance with UL1703, IEC 61215, IEC 61730 and IEC 61646.

Developed engineering solutions to a wide variety of challenges in the silicon photovoltaic module field, including; product certification, developing low cost silicon feedstock, low cost silicon wafer production and photovoltaic module frame design.

A member of GE Energy's design engineering rotational development program. Completed three, 8 month assignments in gas turbine contractual services, gas turbine combustion laboratory and photovoltaic product development. Awarded a Design for Six Sigma Greenbelt and completed GE's Advanced Courses in Engineering.Completed leadership fundamentals training at GE's Crotonville facility
