As a Sales Executive at OneCom, I have seen my role change from B2B accounts manager to SME Sales Executive. Working in a team of approximately 12 people our job is to offer total communication solutions to businesses. We have a wide range of targets that are set and met each and every month and I enjoy being part of a rapidly expanding business.

As a retention sales agent at Affinion International, my job role entails many different things. The majority of my time is spent on the phone, aiming to provide customers with fantastic service, whilst also aiming for customers to keep the existing protection policy's they currently hold with us long term.

During my time at JD Wetherspoon I was in charge of a team that fluctuated between around 20-30 people at any one time. I enjoyed the fast paced atmosphere of the busy shifts, as well as the responsibility of making sure sales targets were met and that the pub was always in safe hands. I would be in charge of all cash on site, along with wet and dry stock.
