CurrentProviding both internal and customer support to Electrical Wholesalers, Contractors and End-UsersProviding detailed and accurate quotes through SalesforceEntering customer purchase orders in Momentum Pro softwareProviding support for Queensland external sales team and State Manager to maximize their effectivenessManaging customer relationships, providing product and sales support to customers, collating and sending technical data, and liaising with the product management team to provide quality advice to customersCommunicating with the purchasing team over the sourcing of products from overseas suppliers including costings and availability Conducting weekly live-stock reviews to ensure sufficient stock was available in the Queensland warehouse to fulfill day-to-day customer orders as well as draw-down orders for large projects Daily communication with national warehouse staff ensuring that customer orders were dispatched on time and to the required delivery locationsSupporting interstate internal sales colleagues by answering overflow telephone calls and handling customer inquiriesIdentifying new opportunities for the sales team to exploitUpdating customer information and logging inquiries in SalesforceWeekly quote follow-up determining if projects were still active, won or lostAttending product training presentations with the product management team and major suppliersProviding monthly written reports to the QLD State ManagerAttending Trade Shows and visiting customers with the external sales team Providing technical advice to internal and external sales team members having gained extensive product knowledge over a period of over three years.
