I enjoy the opportunity to improve processes and streamline operations. I’ve been fortunate to be able to fill many roles in my current position at H&M and implement operational changes to help us continue to grow.These changes have allowed us to expand our manufacturing capabilities, obtain quality certifications, streamline processes, and increase sales.My background in sales gives me an innate ability to listen to customers and internal teammates alike to understand problems and quickly develop solutions.I enjoy managing vendors and procuring the materials, equipment, tooling and resources needed to enhance our operations. Once again, my sales background helps bolster my negotiating skills when finalizing deals and prospecting vendors.I’m a quick learner and it didn’t take long at all to go from the sales to Vice President. I’m good at picking up on, developing, and implementing new processes and technologies to improve the organization.Outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, motorcycle riding and I am a referee for 5 different youth sports.
