I'm an Application Architect with eight years of Salesforce experience, serving in client, vendor, and consulting roles across multiple verticals and products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, Communities, Einstein/CRM Analytics). I hold fourteen active Salesforce certifications and have configured in a variety of Salesforce roles including Architect, Administrator, Business Analyst, Product Owner, and Consultant.
