Developed Alpha Real Estate Database for Washington, D.C. and provided key technical support to D.C. Corporation Counsel, winning $100 million judgement. Initiated and wrote million-dollar DOE EV grant proposal for D.C. Mayor's Energy Office and put Mayor in EV for official duties - possibly the first in the Nation. As an independent consultant, provided technical and PR support for the Edison Electric Institute electric power plant database. Also provided technical support and guidance to small EV businesses and helped form a national EV small business association. Also co-founded the Electric Vehicle Association of Greater Washington, D.C., EVA/DC, for EV owners and enthusiasts. Now semi-retired, I serve as an advisor to area high school EV racing teams.
