• Responsible for the management of up to 6 direct reports: project prioritization, professional development, career plans and performance appraisals.• Provide sound technical guidance to team to support the commericialization of growth, productivity and quality improvement initiatives.• Manage direction of key projects, assuming responsibility for prioritization, definition, initiation and execution of programs. • Act as technical leader in cross-functional business, operations, and technical project teams. • Strong communication and project management skills throughout the development and commercialization process. • Interface and Influence all Kraft Cross-Functions, i.e., Product R&D, Marketing, Procurement, Operations and Supply Chain. • Communication with vendors and Kraft Shared Service Strategic Research to provide direction on projects and leverage technical capabilities.• Experience with wide array of packaging technologies; high barrier flexible films, injection molding, EBM/ISBM, thermo-forming, paperboard.
