· Assists the department head in carrying out of Warehouse and Logistic requirements· Prepares Inter-office correspondences both department related matter and administrative issues pertaining to department staff· Department Representative / Initiator – Employees Affairs / Department Activities- Leave, Vacation, Business travel and traveling by Land Transport / Air Flight reservation- Employees Status Advice Such as: Allowances, Loan, Salary Advance, End of Employment processing and other related to employee Salary Issues and End of contract processing- Prepare / Submission of employee annual performance evaluation- Employee time-sheet data entry- Department Asset Inventory management· Procurement · Purchasing Requisition Initiator / Department expense report- Prepare forecast and inventory of warehouse material, Asset and Office Supply- Purchase requisition processing for Land Transportation payment and related services requirement by department.- Prepare department expenses – Reimbursement & Liquidation processing· Warehouse Inventory & Logistics Support- Prepare and maintain FG stock and Inventory – Monitoring of movement of stock as required by the department- Generate any report as required to review and analysis. - Monitoring and ensure accuracy with physical warehouse stock counts- File necessary information, reports and documents for future references- Responsible for preparation, processing and follow up of any related shipping documentation (Material Issue Note and occasional Gate Pass) related to FG stock movement with inter-related offices requirements- Coordinate prior and after shipment and Product unit and ensure proper tracking of shipment and report- Coordinate with the relevant warehouse staff on the units physical cycle count against system toward reconciling any discrepancies- Monitoring and follow up on any delay in the delivery
