Working as part of a small team at a recently decommissioned RAF base, my main duties were security based. Securing the site, CCTV, controlling access, ensuring the safety of residents and confirming the identity of visitors.

Available for out of hours and On Call, problem solving 24/7, welfare visits and deputising for the Operations Manager when required.

Working as part of a 2 man mobile security team covering an area of three counties. First response service for alarm activations. Liaising with law enforcement and documenting witness statements. Locking and unlocking premises, patrolling sites and covering site support if required. Ensuring accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and escalation of issues.

Working as part of a large team securing multiple sites at DV strap 2 clearance level. Working a day/night shift pattern. Ensuring very strict SOPs were adhered to and a high level of professionalism was maintained at all times. Controlling access to highly classified areas of the base.

Supervise all staff to ensure protocols were followed, issues were addressed and the highest standard of work was achieved by all. Covering any site that had a problem, arrange alternate staff, liaise with clients. First response on alarm callouts, identifying security breaches and ensuring the subsequent security of the site. Locking up/unlocking premises for multiple clients.
