In total approximately 60 employees.Increased the maximum sustainable throughput capacity of the milling and CIL circuit from 140tph to approx 165tph.Implemented Short interval process measurement and control.Implemented Short - Medium term production and maintenance planning/review.

Eneabba Minestie

Managing and coordinating the activities of the processing and metallurgy and maintenance departments on a daily/weekly basis at the primary and secondary processing facilites. In total approx 50 employees.Initiated weekly maintenance planning and review.Initiated formal shutdown planning and review to reduce shutdown duration and improve communication of the shutdown requirements to the processing department. This also led to higher quality isolations .Realigned the permit to work system with other Iluka sites.Initiated a formal planned workplace inspection regime for the Eneabba minesite.

Douglas Mine

Managing and coordinating the activities of the processing, day services, maintenance and metallurgy departments. In total approx 45 full time employees.Achieved a 1.3% increase in valuable heavy mineral recovery whilst maintaining concentrate grades and throughputs by stabilising feed blends to the processing plants.Completion of the Douglas project to plan and without incurring a recordable injury in the last 6 months of operation.
