I am a Senior Business Manager covering the York, Northallerton and Richmond area, currently working for Reed in Partnership on the DWP’s Restart Scheme. With several years of experience in in-house recruitment and HR, I have developed a keen eye for talent and a passion for supporting individuals in their career journeys.Prior to my current role, I ran my own business in the hospitality sector, which gave me valuable insights into the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship. Before that, I served as a Police Officer in a number of different specialized roles and capacities, honing my leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.I am a proactive and results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. I enjoy collaborating with teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Outside of work, I am a UK Responder for the Humanitarian Charity, REACT Disaster Response.
