I recognise talent and channel it into appropriate projects and roles, often irrespective of previous experience. This gives staff and individuals with potential unbound opportunity to progress and develop. The last year has seen exciting developments, with multiple new companies launched or rebranded and several others in the pipeline.I am never afraid to approach managing the various projects at ground level, and without being hands on and actively involved, I believe I would not gain the same understanding and performance insight.
