I currently lead the 3D Scanning Sector of the business for Miyamoto International NZ. I am both field and office based, carrying out site visits while registering and utilizing the data captured.I lead all 3D Scanning Projects from start to finish to help deliver the most desirable and optimized outcome for any client I work with. These projects vary from simple data capture prior to construction, to construction monitoring and post construction captures. Other areas include data captures for historic buildings for seismic retrofitting and insurance forensic data captures for site surveys and repair methodologies. During my time with the Geotechnical team, both the performance and atmosphere within the team has improved significantly. Worked for Reliance Engineering as a pipe fitter on two sites in Christchurch as part of the re-build following the earthquakes in 2010 and 2011. I was placed on both the RSIC on the University of Canterbury Campus and the Justice & Emergency Services Precinct in the CBD. My duties included reading and understanding of mechanical services plans and the installation of pipe systems.

-Six years experience working as a barman for Compass Ireland at The Aviva Stadium, Tattersalls Ireland and previously at Leopardstown and Fairyhouse racecourses (2010-2014)-Worked as a retail supervisor in The Aviva Stadium managing up to 200 or more staff throughout 21 units during events-Worked as part of the retail team which involves the distribution of stock to and setting up of bars and concession kiosks in preparation for events-Have worked as both a barman and team leader on various busy bars throughout The Aviva Stadium before being promoted to a supervisor position. This includes supervising bars at big meeting and event functions.-I have worked with the HR team, carrying out various tasks such as; booking staff for event days and confirming them, filing, carrying out interviews and hiring new staff, participating in inductions for new staff and adding their details to the database-During the November Rugby series 2013, the bar which I was supervising was the only unit, of all bars and concession stands within the stadium, to achieve a mystery shopper score of 100% on two separate match days

-Currently working as a Hospitality Supervisor at the Aviva Stadium for Compass Group Ireland. -Working as part of the core hospitality setup team. This includes the gathering and readying of all requirements for an event, such as; linen, glasses, cutlery, jugs and other table setting requirements. Back of house requirements such as plates, tea, coffee etc are also gathered during this time.-On event days I work as a supervisor. Duties include liaising with clients at the beginning of the day to revise the running order of the day. Regular contact with the client is also essential during the event in case unprecedented events occur.-Contact with the chef is key in this role as to make sure the requirements of the client are met, including break times. It is also important in the event that a client has a certain dietary requirement and a speciality dish has to be prepared to cater for this.
