I am responsible for the IT operations (run/change) and strategy for Delta Lloyd Life & Pension business (Service Book). Together with around 100 collegues and several partners we work on delivering change, digitalisation, stability, decommissioning, innovation through IT, implementation of Agile/Scrum and lean IT principles. In around two years we transform the IT organisation in a continuous delivery organisation delivering state-of-the-art solutions with high business value/contribution.Responsibilities include:• Business planning and translation to programs and projects • Delivering the IT services portfolio (business applications, infrastructure and cloud) to several business lines. Main responsibilities include: servicing 80+ business applications, running 30 to 40 projects, multiple SLA’s and OLA’s with various IT vendors • Innovation (Business Process Management, Robotics, Digitalisation, Data Management, new business models)• Co-Developed and lead the strategic roadmap ‘Strategy & Leadership 2020’ for the service book domain. The roadmap transforms the IT organisation to `an Agile and customer oriented (IT) organisation`. Responsibilities include: simplifying systems and the IT organization, adopt and embrace Agile/Scrum, create high-performance teams, eliminate organisational barriers and drive IT innovation through partnering;• Managed systems and platforms include: Oracle E-business suite, IBM BPM, Mendix, BluePrism, IBM Datapower, Java, .Net, Life/400, Mainframe and Cobol; • Legacy Modernization• Operational Management of the Information Management Department and the IT department (Euro 45 MLN)• Responsible for the Functioneel beheer department for whole of Delta Lloyd Life insurance. The last 3 years at Accenture I was the Client Account Lead for a Dutch based Asset Manager with 35 FTE Accenture resources. In this role I was responsible for the delivery of projects, proposals, pricings, financials, compliance and stakeholder management.
