Current• Implemented and support daily operations at up to 20+ sites spread throughout the east coast.Sites ranged from Administrative to Clinics in both Radiation and Medical Oncology; Medical Imaging and Radiologist Reading Centers.• Working Director, assist in the day to day projects and issues. Manage a staff of Engineers with varying skills while encouraging professional growth.• Operate as a Management Company organization with complex fiscal and operations environment. Departmental budget of $750k to $1 million per year.• Liaison between determined needs of internal customers and technological options; keeping costs to a minimum, while providing a high degree of up-time.• Create Information Systems and Processes; PACS, RIS, Radiology Reading, DICOM image workflow. Radiation Oncology Planning systems, Radiation & Medical Oncology EMR, Practice Management, HL7 Paths, Accounting, Exchange and other Traditional Corporate systems. Physical, Virtual and Cloud server environment with Disaster Recovery, Backup, AV, Domain/AD as required for a HIPPA Compliant setting.• Implemented a broad mix of Infrastructure systems; Copper and Fiber based LAN and WAN, On-site & Co-Located server environments, Edge Protection, Wi-Fi, Cellular, PBX Phone, Intercom, Security and Camera, Environment monitoring, Audio/Video Conferencing, Multimedia Entertainment.
