With over three decades of experience as a technician, troubleshooting and solving issues with laptops, desktops and mobile devices, I have worked for major corporations, smaller companies, and the guy down the street. Each one is given my full, respectful, and immediate attention. Issues with electronics can bring stress: my job is to be sure I am not adding to that. I believe in being a man of my word.
