Developed software for the workstation-based component of a Research and Development project supporting integrated solutions for data management, storage, processing, and visualization. Developed functions in a reusable software foundation that can be shaped to build end-user solutions to meet image exploitation, cartographic, and mission planning needs. Specific responsibilities included providing mathematical algorithms for image dewarping, registration, coordinate conversion, and mensuration. Also supported the spatial management of data sources and the display and manipulation of vector map data, and the generation and management of graphic objects and display overlays.
