I've been working in financial services and publishing for nearly 30 years: proofreader, editor, senior writer, editorial manager, associate director, acquisitions manager, editorial director, and UX content manager.I’m also a published author, award-winning fiction editor, and guest panelist on topics ranging from publishing to writing as a profession.I earned a BA in Communications and an MA in Linguistics from West Chester University magna cum laude.
