I am a highly experienced Senior HSE Advisor with over 30 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Currently working on Jack-ups in Qatar for Occidental Petroleum Company. My work entails, but not limited to, the following:- * A schedule of HSSE meetings encompassing employees at all levels throughout the organization. HSSE meetings, toolbox talks and pre-job briefings. * Weekly and monthly reports in addition to bulletins and feedback from accident investigations. * Accident/Incident/Near Miss reporting and investigation. This will include close- out of action items, analysis of trends and distribution of lessons learned. * Risk assessments and control of hazardous activities, including Permits to Work. Hazardous activities include Confined space entry, heavy lifting and transportation; work at heights, hot work, pressure testing, chemical cleaning and work on live electrical systems. * Involved and to oversee the lifting operations for each step of the installation of the Minimum Facility Platform (MFP) * Conduct Jacket/platform inspections prior to the arrival of the jack-up rig on location.* PPE standards and the requirements for use including basic and specialist equipment. * Erection, inspection and control of scaffolding, * Safety incentive and promotion schemes that will enhance the HSSE performance of the rig. * A schedule and procedures for regular site inspection, third party and internal Safety Audits. * Environmental management, including housekeeping, control of hazardous materials, waste disposal and recycling, dust control, and response procedure in case of environmental incident.

• Preparation and implementation of all HSE policies and procedures within the business; and processing of documentation ensuring that all documentation complies with all applicable regulatory authorities.• Regular safety compliance audits and inspections on all vessel equipment and working areas.• Standardisation and monitoring of Risk Assessments completed by crew staffing and implement actions to improve site safety and reduce risks where applicable. • Completion of full accident management investigations and assessments and report all accidents to internal and external businesses as required by law. • Conducting hazard hunts, hazard identification and dropped object prevention inspection and audit assessments. I have carried out regular assessments and audits and have gained exceptional working knowledge of what to identify to prevent an incident occurring.• Completion of all environmental audits on new installations and completing all required documentation and finding’s to management for review and implementation. Key Achievements• Created and development the location rig specific Emergency Response Plan, as well as writing all exercise scenarios for Transocean in Thailand (Andaman) Jack-Up and South Africa (Marianas) Semi-Sub.• As an HSE Advisor in working out of Dubai office my main assignments were to carry out audits on the Environmental Management System. This involved visiting the installations and carrying out the audit process to ensure the installation complies with company Environmental Management System, local and international standards. Any deficiencies would be discussed immediately with management to prevent any possible spills to the environment. • Provided HSE guidance during the construction of the three MODU builds, Siam Driller, Andaman and Ao Thai at Keppel Fels Shipyard in Singapore. All work completed and done 100% safe and without incident.

I have carried out regular assessments and audits and have gained exceptional working knowledge of what to identify to prevent an incident occurring.Key Achievements• Trained several trainees for the Safety Training Coordinator / Rig Safety Training Coordinator position to handle EH&S responsibilities.• In 28 years of employment with Transocean I have held a perfect attendance record. This includes never missing an offshore trip, crew change rotation, check-in at heliport and missing work through illness or injury.
