The Services and Training manager is responsible for managing team members, and enable them to provide the highest levels of customer service, and develop lasting customer relationships. Through promoting company efficiency as well as develop and improve company process, the Services & Training Manager will also create effective customer training materials, conduct informative customer feedback/training sessions (both remote and on site) and develop good working relationships with existing and new customers. The Services and Training manager will also be responsible for the development and implementation of robust end to end policies and procedures to help enable brilliant service delivery that represents the BEVA brand.
