Providing oversight of Security Support Services, Access Control, Security Monitoring and a variety of security access services to the customer and responsible for program oversight outside of the Washington Metropolitan Area. Responsible for the supervision of Shift Leads, Access Control Officers, Security Monitors, Administrative Staff and temporary employees. Works closely with the customer and is aware of the all aspects of security goals and missions established by Project Work Statements, stated policies, procedures and guidelines. Manage and maintain security support services for the company. Responsible for the growth and enhancement of services within the customer area. Ensures credential, qualifications, and licenses are current and in compliance with state/local regulations. Responsible for all armed and unarmed professional security employees on contract; including overseeing training, ensuring compliance with policies, processes and emergency procedures.
