I am fortunate to have been afforded opportunities to work with a professional and diverse workforce in numerous environments with complex and challenging goals. These experiences have given me the confidence to become a valued team member and leader. My thirty year military journey has equipped my with many skills beyond my primary aviation specialty. I've developed a a broad knowledge base that includes project management skills, achieving operational excellence, policy development, quality assurance, safety compliance, personnel recruitment, training and development, strategic workforce planning as well as organizational leadership. In addition, my military experience has provided me with the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal communication skills with a high level of professionalism. My professional goals have always been to help any organization reach its goals through empowering its workforce and helping each person grow and reach their best potential.
