I've developed a a broad knowledge base that includes project management skills, achieving operational excellence, policy development, quality assurance, safety compliance, personnel recruitment, training and development, strategic workforce planning as well as organizational leadership. In addition, my military experience has provided me with the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal communication skills with a high level of professionalism. My professional goals have always been to help any organization reach its goals through empowering its workforce and helping each person grow and reach their best potential.
