I provide hands-on support to employee-owned companies (both pre and post transition), offering practical guidance and insights to help navigate the complexities of moving to an employee-owned model. Many employee owned companies struggle to capture the true essence of being employee owned, and my expertise helps as they evolve and thrive on their EO journey.With a 30 year background as a Chartered Accountant and Corporate Finance adviser, I am also well placed to ensure the companies I work with stay on top of the governance, legal and compliance aspects of being employee owned.
