- Transitioned from full-custom analog to VLSI digital layout.- Contributed the PLL and data path layout to the Piranha project – one of HP’s PA-RISC microprocessors.

- U.S.layout team leader – worked with design teams in the U.S. and Europe to build Hard Disk Drive (HDD) preamps and Philips' first DDFE read channel.- Delivered the physical databases for a Read-Channel design for Western Digital and the preamp design that went into Seagate's Barracuda 18LP/36HH SCSI HDDs.
