Based in New Zealand implementing Lean into Manufacturing and within the Health sector.This Lean implementation focused on waste removal with robust systems adapted from my Toyota experience. Targeting the shop floor up approach, I worked within all levels in these organisations from a shop floor member of staff to mentoring the CEO.

I worked at TMUK at Burnaston, Derby for over 15 years and spent the last 6 years in management postions.
