• Responsible for managing the deployment and implementing lean tools (Unipart Way) in large organisations across multiple sectors, most recently health and utilities, within the UK.

• Developing macro and micro lean improvement plans with the client, including relevant KPIs to ensure a return on investment
• Developing client lean champions, whose first language is not English, to be part of the project team who support the implementation of the plan in their local language.
• Training and developing all levels of the company in their understanding of lean tools (Toyota Production System) and how to improve their processes.

• Continuous Improvement Lead responsible for managing and implementing lean manufacturing techniques on 3 sites in Birmingham.
• Involved in macro level planning events and developing future state value stream maps and implementation plans.
• Facilitating Kaizen events across multiple sites to deliver PDM targets to ensure maximum benefit to the business.
• Mentoring and coaching staff and management in the CI process.

• Graduate business consultant specialising in lean manufacturing techniques such as 5s, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, SMED, Visual Management and Process Mapping.
