My career began in 2007, in a trattoria in Northern Sicily. Nero d’Avola was the table wine, Pasta alla Norma on the plate. The match was perfect, and a career decision was made.Twelve years on and the enjoyment of the path I chose has never stopped. My drive for personal and professional development has allowed me to grow seamlessly from the operating floor to the boardroom.Leading and developing people is my passion.
