Cello Health Insight is a leading qualitative pharmaceutical research company, part of the Cello Group PLC..The world has changed, we are now firmly in the "digital age" and my role at Cello Health Insights reflects this change. Currently, I am looking at ways to utilise these digital connections we have and how best to combine the leading edge research thinking from Cello Health Insights with the ease and convenience offered by existing and future technological advances.Bespoke Online Communities and mobile devices can provide snapshots what our clients customers are doing , Focused and specialist researchers understand and make sense of this information, my role is to help bring these two together to deliver against the research objectives and answer our clients business questions.

Cello Health Insight is a leading qualitative pharmaceutical research company, part of the Cello Group PLC.At Cello Health Insight my role includes development and implementation of new and complimentary methodologies and approaches, advising the research teams on best practice for quantitative research and cultivating vendor relationships. I also oversee the technology supporting Insight’s award-winning online community – eVillage – ensuring that the platform’s functionality and user experience remains ahead of the curve, developing tools that facilitate moderation and analysis of the unstructured data. I have been tasked with assessing the potential impact of ‘Big Data’, Gameification and Behavioural Economics techniques in healthcare market research and assessing the feasibility and effectiveness of incorporating these and other techniques into the services offeredI also focus on the technological advances that are emerging in research, such as tablet and mobile research and more specifically how these can be used to enhance or compliment the research approaches currently deployed at Insight.

Ran the operations and design teams for Verve a company specialising in developing, delivering and managing bespoke Market Research On-line Communities.Developed a strategic staffing plan to manage growth..Managed teams that included Survey Scripters, QA staff, Web Designers/ Developers and Community Managers.Hands on Database Management.Client consulting on research and Reporting Led the Technology Development Roadmap committee

At Carbonview I managed all aspects of the operations for this smaller independent online research company. My role included ensuring delivery of projects in a timely manner, working with and managing the schedules and workloads of the researchers, project managers and project managers and all the external vendors.I was also been extensively involved with supporting the sales staff during the sales process and new client acquisition visits and questionnaire development as well as report writing.

In this role, I worked in the Research Service group at MarketTools focusing on new product offerings that the company could package and deliver to end clients to enhance the quality and delivery of the research process.One key initiative during this time was working on the development and delivery of a patent pending tool and methodology that analyses a respondents behavior within a survey and determines the probability that the respondent is acting in a fraudulent manner.A secondary outcome of my time in this role was the invention, development and deployment of the 'Program of Research' product that enabled clients to test concepts in a new insight driven way. This was successfully sold to Fortune 500 companies and generated high levels of revenue.

During this period of time with MarketTools, I was responsible for evaluating the zTelligence platform and producing reports that benchmark the softwares capabilities against the capabilities of competitive offerings.I was also responsible for giving insight and direction to the development team at MarketTools that outlined the development path needed for the tool to remain competitive within the Market Research landscape.
