I work closely with my leads to ensure developers are able to work efficiently on their assigned projects, and work directly with developers in order to ensure they thrive in their role. I also work closely with the leaders of the other divisions to keep all departments aligned and moving in the right direction. Additionally, I handle project intake, working directly with clients and account managers to define the best solutions to client requests, as well as define project scope and budget.
