I recently worked on and completed the first and second season of the Magic School Bus: Rides Again. I was responsible for overseeing all activities, and for ensuring the production was completed on time and within budget. This required me to set up and implement financial monitoring systems to be able to control production expenditures and materials as well as monitoring and controlling the progress of the entire production.

As I was working as the production coordinator on the first season of Numb Chucks I was promoted to line producer about halfway through the production. I was able to see the production to the end while learning the ins and outs of the schedule and budget of a production. It was during the second season of Numb Chucks where I was able to take on the role of line producer from the beginning of a production and see it all the way through. This is when I was able to implement new processes and have control of the schedule and budget from the beginning. I managed the day-to-day pipeline of the production by working closely with the department heads to ensure all teams had what was needed to meet their deadlines. By doing this I was able to oversee all activities to make certain that the production was completed on time and within budget. I also worked closely with the director to help manage his time and help with creative calls when needed as well as maintain communication with the client to ensure they were happy on all fronts.

I worked as Production Manager on Almost Naked Animals Season 3 and Numb Chucks Season 1 until I was promoted to Jr. Line Producer halfway through the season.The main component of my job as coordinator was to make sure assets, references and all key information was communicated to all departments and crewmembers in order for them to complete their quota in the allotted time. I was in charge of scheduling funpack, animation, storyboard, design and animation launches as well as recording sessions.
