In 2021, I partnered with a Denver-based private equity firm to acquire The Gas Connection from its founders. Over 2.5 years as CEO, I managed a multi-million dollar P&L, oversaw an orderly succession from the outgoing owners, professionalized business operations, and eventually transitioned the day-to-day operations to a General Manager.

Founded private investment firm with mission to acquire and invest in small to medium-sized, privately held companies. Managed search strategy and execution including industry research, marketing and communications, and deal due diligence. In 2024, transitioned Strongpoint Ridge into vehicle for investing in SMB acquisitions and providing consulting and fractional CXO services to SMB owners and operators.

• Owned product vision, roadmap, and execution for confidential program creating voice experiences that connect artists and customers • Led design, engineering, and business teams to launch two voice-activated music listening experiences in the US and UK in <8 weeks

• Coordinated with Engineering and Product teams to build out MVP for new online customer shopping experience, including content testing with Optimizely; resulted in successful re-launch of company’s organic website• Analyzed user and customer service data to implement process improvements that increased CS team efficiency by 20+%

Served as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army over a four year period.
