CurrentConsulting in partnership with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) on the US Navy's Naval Sustainment System – Shipyards (NSS-SY) initiative.As a Business Operations Consultant for the US Navy, I work closely with my customers and contract team to drive operational change, deck plate to Flag level. With a shared focus on automating and visualizing data for metric-based analysis to facilitate executive decisions. Driving positive change through cultural transformation and collaborative corporate change management. The primary objective is improving efficiency and performance for US Navy shipyards. With a concentration on making all four public shipyard teams and workforce successful, enhancing corporate business practices, and improving the production cost and schedule performance. This initiative aims to better planning and change management in addition to working closely with NAVSEA, SMPG, NAVSUP, DLA, Local Supply Officers and departments to oversee resource management.
