Oversight on all Workday integrations, Prism datasets, and reporting processes. Engagement with leadership to understand business needs and plans and shape data strategy to meet those needs. In my role as report and integration admin, I have developed 23 studio integrations, 27 EIB integrations (12 with XSLT transformations), and 14 Prism Datasets. Managing hundreds of scheduled reports and meeting business needs in extremely short time frames. Integrations include API based, custom studio, CCB for benefits, XSLT in EIB, web service report endpoints, and more. Integration processes include writing assessment data inbound, using that assessment data to change candidate status, manipulating data for specific business needs, generating reports for internal use based on external vendor API calls, and more. Prism datasets vary widely and include datasets to manipulate and count staffing transactions, blend Workday and legacy HR systems data, compare demographics to census data, and more.

These courses were titles Urban Experience, Theory and the City, and Urban Social problems and were each capped at 32 students.
