Led the HR workstream to review and define the optimum target operating model to support new technology (ESS/MSS, position management, and ticketing system). Co-ordinated engagement and consultation across 33 countries to achieve standardised core global processes.• Mapped ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes using MS Visio, defined process control points, and acted as the bridge between operational HR and technical system developers (Oracle, D365 and SuccessFactors).• Led the development of a Service Catalogue and RACI for To-Be core HR processes.• Global Job Family Architecture - Successfully developed and implemented a comprehensive global job family architecture to facilitate hiring, talent management, performance management, and succession planning.• Employee Engagement - Redesigned and implemented the approach to global employee voice. Reviewed and improved annual survey process and content, selected new external partner (CultureAmp) to bring greater control in-house, established engagement index, introduced pre-coding and streamed questioning, introduced global ‘pulse’ survey, co-ordinated global and regional communication plans, and increased rigour of the action planning phase and progress reporting to the Global Executive and PLC Boards.

As an independent consultant I provided HR consultancy services to clients with the focus on improving organisational performance through the delivery of effective people management strategies, solutions and processes.• HR Processes and Controls Framework - Created from scratch a comprehensive framework to establish standard operating practices and to mitigate several risk points identified by an external audit. Developed online dashboard (Oracle & QlikView) for HR Directors and Senior Managers to track compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.• Process Excellence Monitoring Framework - Designed and implemented a framework for operational HR, administration, and payroll. The model reduced monthly payroll errors to 0.05% for 4,000 employees, increased overall efficiency, and raised the reputation of HR within the organisation. • Talent Management - Reviewed and revamped promotion processes and criteria to advance the organisation’s equity, diversity and inclusion agenda, implementing actions such as blind CVs, diverse interview panels, a new senior appointments process, and reduced dependence on financial performance for promotion decisions.

Liaised between six operating companies, internal functions and the Regulator to align practice and comply with FCA Standards. • Onboarding - Designed and implemented a global onboarding programme to improve new joiner engagement, increase retention within first 12 months, and reduce time to performance - employed LEAN Six Sigma (DMAIC) methodology to deliver measurable improvements leading to Black Belt certification.• Managed and co-ordinated multiple process reviews and business improvement projects to improve efficiency, ensure compliance with legislation, and ISO9001 Standards. Held responsibility for quality management system review, developing procedures, process controls, internal audit, corrective and preventative action, risk assessment and mitigation reporting.
