• Responsibilities include the creation and development of Sterling’s Print on Demand and Print Management solutions.• Primary role – over and above sales growth – is to expand and diversify Sterling’s print clients as well as open up new, larger markets across Canada.

• Implementation of key strategic initiatives in order to migrate the account base in Southwestern Ontario from retail to corporate sales.• Responsible for growth of the corporate client base through current account penetration and new account acquisition. • Development of the FedEx Kinko’s “Distribute and Print” strategy from a Canadian, North American, and global perspective.

• Creation and strategic development of the Print Management Program for all of Southwestern Ontario.• Developed the Print Management strategy as a key proponent of sales cycles in new accounts as well as the continued penetration of existing major corporate and healthcare accounts.• Management of all components of our clients’ third party print requirements.• Development of a web based inventory management and print on demand tool that was a key differentiator from our competitors and exceeded our clients’ expectations. • Member of a committee responsible for the evaluation and subsequent selection of a web procurement tool to be incorporated into the Print Management strategy.
