Traveling the country providing training and consultation services, creating engaging media and video, and sharing knowledge. Currently our most in demand training is instructor development firearms courses, our three day course packs a lot of information, relevant skills, and builds foundational layers. While not an easy course, it requires passing a written test and performance skill assessment which can challenge even experienced instructors. I feel becoming an instructor shouldn’t just happen by mere attendance, rather you need to show competency, proficiency and performance.

I do some writing, but mainly create video content on a variety of topics firearms related to out growing audience. Proud to say that I've helped grow video viewership and audience by 1050% in my tenure. I develop, produce, shoot and edit video content from industry events, the studio or at the range. Our pages and channels have hundreds of thousands of followers and we have millions of views every month.

I lead and grew a great team and we focused on the finest firearms and gear in the industry. Day to day I lead a dedicated, eager team where we presented and promoted the company’s image through video production, social media, email and SMS campaigns. I also evaluated new products, aided and consulted in purchasing, testing and evaluation, and development of products. Worked with web team with improving SEO, site retention and conversion. Highlights of my experience included implementing web e-comm improvements that increased site retention time and produced additional high revenue conversions.

Developed and instructed material to local, state and federal law enforcement agencies in the United States. My areas of specialty were firearms, instructor development, and handgun mounted red dot optics, specifically train the trainer level courses. I have expertise in current training needs, trends, lesson plan development, best practices and technical equipment expertise. Unfortunately traveling often for classes has prevented me from spending more time with my family. I truly loved seeing many parts of the country working with our finest, from big cities to small towns, it was a great time!

I traveledthe country teaching LE firearms classes as a part of the renowned Mobile Training Team. My specialty area is RDS equipped Handgun, developing and teaching instructor level courses to agency firearms instructors. 88 Tactical’s system uses behavior based techniques that are realistic and proven in our training classes.

The Blue Team is a group of active LE and/or LE trainer representing Staccato. I used and demonstrated techniques and drills with my 2011’s at the classes I taught and when making content. I also assisted with events such as regional tactical association shows, was a resource for area LE and agencies interested in moving to the 2011 platform and assisted with transition training, in-service training development and policy considerations.While I still love Staccatos, and shoot them all the time, my roles within the industry required me to not be brand exclusive.

Department supervisor assigned to the patrol division, primary duty of overseeing night patrol operations. In my career I was proud to be recognized with awards and commendations for leadership, patrol performance, and handling crisis incidents including armed confrontations. Additional areas of responsibilities included record management and auditing, compliance with regulations, policy development, equipment management and general administration. I also served as the department's lead use of force, firearms instructor, and firearms armorer. In this capacity I developed lesson plans and courses of instruction, instructed various courses, oversaw instruction by department instructors, and managed training and equipment. Additionally, I coordinated our social media efforts and create engaging videos and content to connect with our community. I also was a founding member county’s multi-jurisdiction UAS (drone) team as a licensed FAA 107 remote pilot. Experience with a variety of DJI enterprise drones with FLIR and on-board cameras in person searches, crime scene documentation, crash scene documentation and in other emergencies or events as needed.

Member of the Mills Fleet Farm Shooting Team representing the company in various pistol, rifle, shotgun, and multi-gun/3-gun matches around the area and and country. The team used modern sporting rifles from two lines of rifles, Huldra piston operated rifles and Kortsog direct impingement rifles. At matches and events I worked to represent and promote our products and company. Assisted in the planning, creation and production of social media content including video and social media communication. I also provided training and technical services in this capacity. A state of the art indoor shooting facility, Mills Indoor Shooting & Archery, hosted many differenct classes and training opprutinuties that I had the pleasure of instructing. Courses ranged from basic to advanced in the catergories of handgun, shotgun, rifle, maintanence, law enforcement courses, competitve shooting and more. In addition to the class offereings I also conducted employee training to the staff of Mills Fleet Farm to keep them updated and informed of product platforms and firearms. Additionally I served customers and users alike with technical services ranging from pre-puchase questions, technical inquiries, advanced armorer support, and product development.

I served as a patrol officer for the city with many specialty assignments and duties. Assignments and duties included community relations coordinator in which I interacted with the public, press, and organizations as well as organized community events such as crime prevention events and National Night Out. Additionally I was the department's photographer for serious crime scenes and events, and was a field training officer. I also served as the department's use of force and firearms instructor, and armorer, developing the department's patrol rifle program and overseeing firearms maintenance and training.

I owned and operated a small photography business specializing in commercial photography for small businesses. I served many clients with promotion and product image work as well as marketing and event production. Areas of expertise included on location photography, lighting, and brand imaging. While the company is dissolved I do occasionally still get behind a camera for the right project.
