David Allen has provided leadership to SL-serco since 1991. SL-serco is recognized for utility service and consultation. Mr. Allen credits the growth to the team’s focus on service at SL-serco. His hands-on approach keeps SL-serco’s service reliable. Examples of his work are listed below:• Gathered the strongest team of Utility Service Professionals who: Support utility projects across the country Participated in the first AMR / AMI meter projects in 1994 Successfully provided comprehensive AMI project coordination in Canada, Caribbean and the United States Developed safety programs for municipal and industrial groups Provide Public Information support for several municipalities, including creation of printed material, public involvement, and multimedia products Provide Meter, RF, IT, Training and Documentation support• Offered hundreds of hours of services to professional organizations• American Water Works Association (AWWA) Member and past Secretary/Treasurer of the Minnesota Section• Affiliations: AWWA, Governmental Finance Officers Association
