Management of facilities and maintenance operations and process engineering in a 650,000 square foot consumer goods distribution center. Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance for all physical assets of the operation, including a fleet of more than 120 lift trucks, automated packaging equipment, industrial air compressor systems, warehouse racking, buildings and grounds. Involved in all aspects of plant engineering, including facility and work cell layout, process design and continuous improvement activities. Implementation a computerized preventive maintenance system (CMMS) for facility. Hiring, training and supervision maintenance technicians. Propose and maintain capital and operating budgets. Develop and manage relationship with outside vendors and contractors.

Management of facilities and equipment maintenance department in a highly automated dairy food manufacturing facility. Budgeting, cost control, inventory management, personnel management, scheduling, contractor selection and project management, development of procedures and policies, employee development and loss control (safety management). Operation of dedicated waste treatment plant. Coordinated compliance with EPA, DNR other regulatory agencies.
