To maintain customer accounts and preparation and investigation of credit.To maintain and input payroll information in a precise and accurate manner.Key tasks Defined· Renewal of credit limits and maintaining of customer accounts. Opening new accounts - liaison with customer / sales / reps for correct information. Advise reps of any difficulties with credit limits.· Submitting claims to QBE Insurance (Europe) Limited for insolvent customers. Liaison with Credit Control overseeing debts out to collection with SLM Credit Solutions Ltd.· Advising QBE Insurance (Europe) Limited on monthly basis of customer accounts with any problems· Providing up to date information to all Directors, Sales and Reps and potentially and problematic customers. Issuing debtors lists on a weekly basis to reps and sales · Overseeing and producing Customer Rebates· Input weekly payroll data onto the Datafile system in accordance with statutory and contractual obligations and to pre-defined timescales· Process and monitor all staffing changes including starters, transfers, leavers and other amendments to salaries and employee data in compliance with policy and payroll requirements · The input, calculation and recording of sickness payments both statutory and occupational. The input, calculation and recording of maternity, paternity and adoption payments both statutory and occupational.· The processing of relevant Inland Revenue forms including P45 etc.· The accurate calculations of gross to net· Liaise with Senior Payroll Officer on payroll issues as first point of contact for enquiries.· Basic understanding of system requirements.

Overseeing a converted building of 20 flats, including property maintenance, appointment and evaluation of managing agents, improvement works, managing spend and ensuring owner/tenant issues are dealt with efficiently.
