Prime Base Engineer Emergency Force Manager

•Supervises, supports, coaches, mentors, trains and evaluates Peer Navigators;•Serves as a day-to-day link for the Peer Navigator program to RIPIN and the assigned Managed Care Organization and Connect Care Choice;•Develops strong, effective working relationships with Peer Navigators, other staff of Communities of Care and RIPIN, the assigned Managed Care Organization•Reviews cases referred by the Managed Care Organizations/Connect Care Choice and assigns them to Peer Navigators s in an effective, timely manner;•Accepts referrals and provides peer navigator services when Peer Navigator caseloads reach capacity and/or when highly complex referrals are made; •Monitors and ensures Peer Navigator caseloads, documentation and performance;•Manages conflict effectively within the Communities of Care program and with outside collaborative partners;•At a minimum provides each Peer Navigator with intensive weekly support for the first 60 days of their employment and monthly thereafter in the form of one on one meetings; •Facilitates or co-facilitates group meetings/case review twice monthly with all Peer Navigators; •Effectively participate in Managed Care Organizations, Connect Care Choice and Department of Human Service meetings;•Tracks and summarizes Peer Navigator services provided and members served.•Monitors contract compliance and the overall performance of the Peer Navigator services;•Offers effective, strategic, proactive solutions to challenges that arise with members, staff, and the program;•Effectively participate in one on one meetings at least monthly with the Director;•Collects, reviews and submits bi-weekly time sheets of assigned staff. •Assists Director in maintaining ISO standards; ensures that all assigned Peer Navigators understand RIPIN’s Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, CoC work instructions and other ISO policies and procedures.•Assists with data collection and program evaluation.
